Delivery area and cost

We deliver only to valid addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free.

Processing, transit and total delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. The normal estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days from the order date.

These estimates are not guarantees. Weekends, UK public holidays, weather, carrier delays, and incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay processing or delivery.

Tracking and addresses

When an order is dispatched, we provide available shipment tracking information using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after fulfilment has begun.

Legal delivery period

Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by UK law, normally without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or weakens a customer's statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom.
